IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All vehicles are delivered clean, well-maintained, and with full documentation.
The renter must present a valid driving license and passport/ID at the time of delivery.
The minimum rental period is 24 hours. Fuel policy is same-to-same.
Traffic fines, tolls, and penalties incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter.
Vehicles must be returned on time; delays may result in additional charges.
Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

CANCELLATION

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the pick-up time.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations are considered non-refundable.
